These terms of sale and delivery apply to purchases of goods on misabel.dk.

Payment and delivery
We accept payment with Maestro, MasterCard, Mobilepay, VISA and VISA ELECTRONThe amount is only deducted when the item is shipped.
If you have ordered multiple items and one of the items is backordered, we will only deduct payment for this item when the item is shipped, unless you wish to cancel the item.
Prices are stated in Danish kroner. The price for shipping must be added to the price. You choose the shipping method at the end of the ordering process. A payment fee may be charged, depending on the payment method chosen.
We deliver the item 2-3 business days after your purchase.
We deliver the goods with Postnord.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel an agreement without giving any reason within 14 days.The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you or another person of your choice (not including the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.
If you have ordered multiple items in one order and we cannot deliver the items at the same time, the withdrawal period will run from the time you or another person you have chosen (but not the carrier) takes physical possession of the last item.
If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following weekday.

You can cancel your purchase by finding the returns page at the bottom of the page under "customer service". This will show you how to return your package.
Return of the item and return costs
If you have regretted purchasing an item, you must send or deliver the item to Vangede bygade 48. 1 sal, 2820 Gentofte without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14 days.
Goods cannot be sent cash on delivery or without delivery.
You must pay for returning the item yourself.
Refund of money upon cancellation
When you cancel, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding costs to partners, including card fees and carriers.
We will refund the amount without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which we receive your notification of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided documentation that the goods have been returned.
We will make such a refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.
Testing the product and packaging
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling the goods other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.
You may normally examine the item in the same way as you can and should in a store, but you may not use it. If you have used it in a way that you cannot and should not in a store, and we cannot resell it, or cannot resell it at full price, you can expect us to deduct the loss in value from the amount you are due. If the item no longer has a market value, we will not refund the purchase price.

You should also ensure that the item is properly packaged when you return it. You bear the risk of the package/items until we receive them. Therefore, keep the postal receipt and any track and trace number.

Complaints - If there is something wrong with the product
If you buy a product and there is a defect in it - for example, a material or manufacturing defect - the rules of the Danish Sales Act apply. You have a 24-month right of complaint, provided you make a complaint within a reasonable time.If the complaint is justified and the defect cannot be remedied without returning the item, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs.
Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging and receive a receipt for shipping. Save the postal receipt including information about shipping costs and any track and trace number.
